Superyachts.

SuperYacht Gallery brought together the leading authorities from each discipline within the industry and culture of yachting for a three-day event of VIP and public programming. The exposition was staged across 2 floors of the renowned London arts institution, Saatchi Gallery, with 7 themed exhibition areas comprising the first yachting show ever presented in a gallery format.

Different.

With this new event we wanted to break the mould and show the world that events can also be done differently. The world of yachting was the focus of the event, not solely the brands of the industry. No yachts and no sales man on the floor…that’s different.

Partners.

With 44 Partners, including 12 superyacht builders and eight superyacht designers, it is safe to say that we succeeded in getting the right companies to support the event. We are very proud of how our Partners embraced this new concept and made the best effort to present their company in an exposition style.

6000m2.

What sets SuperYacht Gallery apart from any other event is that our team curated the exposition, with the ideas of our 44 partners included in the exposition. Curating a gallery space of more than 6000m2 and with 44 partners with their own ideas is not an easy task. 366 photo’s, 75 TV screens, 4 video walls, a 360 degrees cinema, a seminar theatre, 38 ship models and 17 art pieces where installed to entertain and inspire more than 1.200 visitors. Our team has spent thousands of hours to successfully execute this, and we are proud of the result.

Experience.

The exposition, which flowed as one experience from the first gallery through the eighth was designed to address all facets of the industry, but was conceived as one presentation. Starting with the Business of Yachting gallery, visitors where taken on a journey through themed-rooms focused on Imagination, Craftsmanship, Innovation, Exploration, Lifestyle and Performance. The collection of themed galleries was complemented by a series of seminar talks, cinema screenings, and exclusive access to designers, builders and business leaders.

Gallery.

The aim of SuperYacht Gallery was to attract an audience of yacht owners, charter clients, media, future yacht buyers and potential yacht buyers and they came. The website took care of 148.724 page views. The media coverage of the event was excellent, with many significant journalists from both yachting and non-yachting publications visiting the event.
