GaragePark is the market leader in the segment of garage parks with garage boxes. At the beginning of 2021, there will be more than 25 garage parks in the Netherlands, with more than 2500 garages. The boxes offer multifunctional storage and work space, located in centrally located and very well secured garage parks.
GaragePark provides the entire concept; from development and construction to sale and rental of the garage boxes. The garages meet the growing demand from small business companies for private use. Both purchase and rent.

Ready to grow.
We were asked to consult GaragePark to make their marketing ready for the next chapter; serious growth. The question was simple: help us create a strong team consisting of in-house marketeers and external partners to make our challenging growth plans possible. Oh yes, we like that kind of challenges.

GaragePark made their succes online and did already understand the importance of the power of online marketing. Before making more noise we were in need of a very well designed website and shop to serve their products in the best possible way. With data of the old website and the knowledge of two external specialists and the GaragePark team we managed to design a future proof sales machine.

To reach out to the right target audience search engine optimisation is key. To keep a smooth balance between budgets and goals, data is your best friend. The growth challenge makes us seek for new places with new people, totally unknown with the GaragePark concept. Social media help us to get our message and products seen by a community of people interested in storage. Build a relationship with them, and they’ll see you as someone they trust – and people buy from those they trust. Together with the in-house team and an external social media specialist we focussed on gaining that trust.
